What causes Elbow Pain?

Most elbow pain results from overuse injuries. In certain cases, illness such as arthritis can cause pain in elbows. It may also be due to the condition widely termed as tennis elbow or golfer’s elbow

Treatments You can try

The treatments for elbow disorders depend on the underlying cause. Basic home remedies include keeping an ice pack on the sore area for 15 to 20 minutes at least three times a day, using compression bandage, and keeping your arm elevated. If the elbow pain becomes unbearable, irrespective of whether it is an acute or chronic pain, it is recommended to visit a Physiotherapist for expert opinion.
